For over twenty years, Santo’s passing has remained a painful national memory. The whistleblower alleges that Santo, and others unnamed, were casualties of a ruthless criminal pipeline. Earlier this year, he publicly denied involvement in a NACOC drug smuggling matter, and last year he dismissed swirling allegations of occultism.
