Vice President Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has extended a gesture of support to the Muslim community in Cape Coast as part of the ongoing Ramadan observances.

In a message of solidarity, the Vice President offered her well wishes to Muslims across the country, describing the holy month as a significant period of reflection, sacrifice, and compassion.

To support the faithful during this time, a donation of essential items was presented at the Cape Coast Central Mosque to provide comfort and ease for families as they navigate their daily fasts.

The donation was made on behalf of the Vice President by Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku, the Member of Parliament for the Cape Coast North Constituency, who was accompanied by a delegation of local officials.

Professor Opoku-Agyemang expressed her hope that the sacred period would bring peace, strength, and renewed faith to all practitioners. The leadership at the Cape Coast Central Mosque received the items, which are intended to assist the community in their charitable and religious activities throughout the month.
