Graphic Online has learned that Dr. Bossman Asare, the Deputy Commissioner in charge of Corporate Services at the Electoral Commission (EC), has tendered his resignation.
According to information available, Dr. Asare submitted his resignation letter earlier in June and is expected to officially exit the Commission at the end of July 2026.
His colleague, Samuel Tettey, the Deputy Commissioner responsible for Operations, has also left the Commission. Mr. Tettey reportedly retired about a month ago, bringing an end to his years of service at the EC.
These departures mark significant changes within the top hierarchy of the Electoral Commission as the institution prepares for upcoming national electoral activities.
