Raymond Ablorh writes….
Gabby is done with his agenda. He’s got what he wanted. He’s now rebranding away from NPP politics to enjoy the spoils he gathered from 2017 to 2024.
I’m not a politician. I’m a strategist. This rebranding started before, the “I’ve exited domestic politics” narrative commenced.
He’s a strategist, in deed. After making a lot of money, he projected Africa Prosperity whatever organisation, and started organising events, inviting President Mahama and others…
He thinks he’s successfully got President Mahama to look away from the PDS scandal and others which, he promised investigating and prosecuting.
Who doesn’t know that Ofori-Atta isn’t the only family member of Akufo-Addo who did what he did. It’s a family thing, and they’re all involved at various levels and stages.
They aren’t smarter than all Ghanaians so he should stop fooling himself with that silly rebranding exercise.
They and their cousin came to wreck Ghana from 2017 to 2024. Sometimes, I genuinely feel sad for Dr Bawumia because these crooks used him to obtain power to selfishly and greedily attain their unpatriotic agenda. He’s too naive to perceive their agenda, and his instant rise to political fame blinded him even more. So, he followed them nodding like a typical villager who had just landed in the city.
At a point, I believe Dr Bawumia saw it, but, it was too late, and so he turned fully to his presidential ambition. But, Ghanaians punished him electorally for allowing himself to be used by the Akyem Mafia against our collective good.
The 2024 elections results is a proof that the people of Ghana saw what happened from 2017 to 2024.
He followed Akufo-Addo and his family and friends like a twerp when they’re wrecking Ghana, nodding and clapping for them because he needed their support to become a flagbearer of the NPP.
They got what they wanted, and he got what he served them blindly for, but, Ghanaians aren’t stupid as they think they’re so they denied him the actualisation of the presidential aspiration he worked for.
Anytime I think of what Akufo-Addo and his family did to Ghana, Bawumia comes to mind first. Ghanaians shall never forgive let alone forget what they did with their trust and support.
No amount of rebranding can help Gabby Ochere Darko and other members of the Akyem Mafia. And, even if Bawumia wins the primaries, Ghanaians shall deny him the Presidency. This isn’t a prophecy. It’s an analytical reality.
Had Bawumia been bold enough to speak up against what they did, that what he campaigned for with them weren’t what they’re doing and even exited government, he would’ve become bigger and greater than Mahama by that single act, and would have not only won the full admiration of NPP grassroots, but Ghanaians’, and the international community’s.
But that’s too big for him to do. Such acts aren’t for pretenders, weak minds and liars. It takes mental and character brands like Nkrumah to do that.
I’m President Ablorh.
