
President John Dramani Mahama has formally received the final report of the Constitution Review Committee (CRC), chaired by H. Kwasi Prempeh.
The report contains comprehensive recommendations for amendments to Ghana’s governing document, following a period of deliberation and review.
The President directed the report’s immediate publication and release to ensure transparency and spark national engagement with the proposed changes. This move is expected to generate discussion and feedback from Ghanaians on the recommended constitutional amendments.
The CRC’s report is a significant step in Ghana’s constitutional review process, aiming to improve governance and address key issues. The public release of the report marks a new phase in the process, inviting citizens to contribute to shaping the country’s future.
