President John Dramani Mahama visited the residence of the late Ayawaso East MP, Naser Toure Mahama, to offer condolences to the bereaved family. The legislator passed away suddenly on Sunday.
During his visit, President Mahama met with the family and a large gathering of well-wishers, offering words of comfort and paying respects to the late MP’s memory. He was accompanied by government officials, including Education Minister Alhaji Haruna Iddrisu.
The late MP was buried on Monday morning according to Islamic tradition, following his sudden passing. President Mahama’s visit underscores the respect and appreciation for the contributions of the late Naser Toure Mahama.
