NSBT Management and Students Complete Intensive Strategic Leadership Training

The Nduom School of Business and Technology (NSBT), situated at Ayensudo near Elmina in the Central Region, has successfully concluded its Professional Master Class Series in Strategic Management and Leadership.

The intensive training program involved the institution’s management, staff, and members of the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) as part of a broader initiative to enhance administrative and student leadership capabilities.

The high-level session was facilitated by Cecilia Naadensua Quarshie, a distinguished professional who serves as the CEO of Ceci Educare Oy and a board member of the British and Commonwealth Chamber of Commerce Finland Ry. Quarshie, who also holds the position of Special Envoy to the Nordic Region for the International Society of Diplomats, focused the curriculum on leading with vision, inspiring organizational teams, and driving measurable results.

Following the completion of the course, participants expressed a renewed readiness to tackle institutional challenges and apply strategic frameworks to their daily operations.
