Based on my past experience, GNC would have debated the entire ordering procedural steps before giving the executive committee the final purchase go-ahead. Was this done?

Some times newly elected executives may not be aware of the council’s policy and functional procedures because they would be just thrusted into operational office as the newly elected executives with total responsibilities without knowing the functional procedures . What I will say will upset a few but it’s the truth no one can say! Kakape was not supposed to be president. He should’ve teamed up with Cromwell to be her vice! That would be a great team.
