Dr. Cromwell’s Message of “Leadership at the Core, Not the Periphery”

Amazon Store

We reproduce Dr. Cromwell’s message in its entirety below:

I didn’t just advocate for care—I delivered it. I assembled a dedicated, trustworthy, and highly skilled medical team who serve our community with compassion and consistency. We are not symbols—we are servants. We are not distant sponsors—we are frontline responders.

Day and night, I’ve answered calls for:

  • Emergency consultations
  • Medication refills
  • Chronic care guidance
  • Mental health support
  • Family health planning
  • And countless moments of reassurance when our people needed it most.

This is not episodic leadership. This is unwavering commitment.

We don’t need to count our hopes on those at the periphery-those who arrive with promises and depart with applause. We need leaders who stay, who serve, and who sacrifice.

The Ghanaian Community Health Clinic thrives not because of distant endorsements, but because of daily devotion.

So I say to our community:
Be your best. Choose leadership that lives among you, not above you.
Choose care that is felt, not just funded.
Choose a future built on presence, not platitudes.

I am Dr. Eunice Cromwell. I am here. I am working. And I am ready to keep building—together.
