Church Of Pentecost Appreciate and Recognize Ghanaian Community Clinic In Chicago.

In Appreciation and Recognition of the free Healthcare Services offered by the Ghanaian Community Health Clinic, GCHC, the Church of Pentecost, USA Incorporated, Romeoville District, recently presented a plaque to the team of Professional volunteers. The presentation took place at the Church’s Romeoville sanctuary. Dr. Prince Hodogbey, Medical Director, received the award on behalf of his colleagues. He urged members of the community to patronize their services.

The GCHC is an all-volunteer medical professionals, i.e., physicians, nurses, and other health and social service professionals, who provide FREE complete medical services, health promotion, and social services to households needing healthcare coverage in Chicago and its metropolis. They operate under the auspices of the Ghana National Council of Metropolitan Chicago, GNC. Routine Well Woman Exams: Gynecology Exams, Lab Work, assisting patients navigating the Health Care System, Children’s Physicals and Immunizations, Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Health Screenings for High Blood Pressure & Diabetes, and Vision Screening are some of the services provided by the devoted team .

They also provide virtual Telehealth consultations to assist community members with prescription refills and any medically related issues. In a WhatsApp and Facebook message, the chief operations officer of the Clinic and Vice-President of the GNC, Dr. Eunice Cromwell, DNP, FNP-C, thanked the Church of Pentecost for recognizing and acknowledging the efforts of the dedicated Healthcare team.
