This summer, from August 28th to September 1st, the Council of Ewe Associations of North America (CEANA) will host its much-awaited 32nd Annual Convention. This year’s theme, “Our Health, Our Wealth,” encapsulates the essence of this gathering, which promises to be a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and well-being.
The Significance of CEANA
CEANA is an umbrella organization that unites Ewe associations across North America, fostering solidarity, cultural heritage, and social development among its members. Ewe people, originating from Ghana, Togo, and Benin, have a rich cultural heritage, and CEANA plays a pivotal role in preserving and promoting this legacy.
