The 15th edition of the Radio & Television Personality (RTP) Awards delivered a moment of distinction as Ambassador Edward Boateng, former Ambassador of Ghana to the People’s Republic of China, was honored for his contributions to media, diplomacy, and national development.

The award was presented by His Excellency King Kwasi Kyei Darkwah, the President’s Special Envoy to the Caribbean Region, whose presence underscored the significance of the recognition. The ceremony brought together leading figures from Ghana’s media and diplomatic communities, celebrating excellence across the industry.
Ambassador Boateng, a pioneering media executive and statesman, received the honor in the company of his family, who joined him on stage to mark the milestone. Also pictured was H.E. Evangelist Dr. CNN-Mensah, CDSE, President and CEO of 3G Media Group and Pastor at UWC, New Jersey. Dr. CNN’s longstanding work in media and community leadership continues to shape the Ghanaian diaspora narrative.
