Representing President John Dramani Mahama and the Presidency, the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, led a distinguished delegation that included Volta Regional Minister James Gunu, Ministers of State, Members of Parliament, and the Volta Regional Chairman of the NDC, Mawutor Agbavitor.
