Zion College’s male and female soccer teams have received a timely and energizing boost just days before the 61st Inter‑School Sports and Games Tournament kicks off on February 28.The event is jointly hosted by Anlo SHS and Zion College

A last‑minute, heartfelt appeal by Agbotadua Fui, Vice President of the Sports Committee, has borne fruit , delivering two brand‑new sets of jerseys for both teams. The donation, coordinated by Robert Kofi Fiadzoe of the 1982 Year Group, came from an anonymous benefactor who chose to give quietly but generously. The jerseys were officially received today, sparking excitement and renewed confidence among the players.

For a school preparing to face some of the toughest competition in the district, this gesture is more than clothing , it is a statement of belief. A reminder that the ZICO spirit is alive, watching, and ready to lift its young athletes higher.

But the work is not done.

As the tournament approaches, the needs remain many , from equipment to basic supplies that ensure the students can compete with dignity and pride. Zion College may have been founded by one visionary, but its strength has always come from the generations whose collective heartbeat keeps it alive. And once again, the call goes out to all Nafricans, friends, and well‑wishers.

This is the moment to stand with the school that shaped generations.
