GHANA MOURNS THE PASSING OF APOSTLE DR. KWADWO SAFO

Ghana’s beloved spiritual leader, technological innovator, philanthropist, agriculturalist, and industrialist, Apostle Dr. Kwadwo Safo, popularly known as “Kantanka, the African Star”, has passed away. He died peacefully on Thursday, September 11, 2025.

Apostle Safo was a renowned figure in Ghana, celebrated for his contributions to various fields and his philanthropic efforts, particularly in supporting the less privileged.

The Safo Family and Kristo Asafo Church announced his passing with profound sorrow, describing him as a true genius, beacon of hope, and father to the fatherless. The family has requested respect for their privacy during this time of grief, with burial and funeral arrangements to be communicated in the coming days.
