The Vice President thanked MTN Ghana for their support and partnership in various government programs, particularly in advancing digital literacy.
She urged the company to extend improved connectivity to underserved and remote communities to ensure inclusive access to digital services. This, she emphasized, would help bridge the digital divide and promote socio-economic development in these areas.
The Vice President commended MTN Ghana’s initiatives, including the Girls in ICT and Robotics Training programs, as well as the Y’ellow Ladies program, which supports women in taking on senior leadership roles. These initiatives, she noted, are crucial in promoting digital skills and empowering women in the industry.
