The Rt. Hon. Speaker of Parliament, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, and Cardinal Peter Turkson joined the Muslim community at the national mosque to mark the National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving. The event brought together citizens of different faiths to reflect on their gratitude and seek divine guidance.
The theme of the event was “One Nation Under God: Giving Thanks, Seeking Grace,” reflecting the dual purpose of expressing gratitude for national blessings and seeking guidance for the future. The occasion highlighted the importance of faith and spirituality in the lives of Ghanaians.
