Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, the vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has embarked on a two-day tour of the Oti Region to canvass for votes for NDC presidential candidate, Mr John Dramani Mahama, and the party’s parliamentary candidates.
During her tour, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will address voters in various communities, including Likpe-Mate, New Ayoma, Abotoase, and Kparekpare. She will highlight the NDC’s key manifesto policies, which focus on financially empowering women, creating jobs for the youth, and improving education at all levels.
The NDC’s running mate is expected to complete her tour of the Oti Region on Friday and return to Accra the same day. This tour is part of the NDC’s efforts to rally support for their candidates in the upcoming elections.
