On the matchday, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh opened the scoring for the hosts in the 18th minute before an equalizer from Kwadwo Obeng Jnr in the 42nd minute handed the side a big lead to take into the halftime break.
With Afriyie Barnieh scoring again three minutes after recess, he sealed a huge 3-0 win for Hearts of Oak against Liberty Professionals at the end of the 90 minutes.
The Phobians hence have progressed to the Round 32 stage of the MTN FA Cup.
