A man known as David Kwodwo Prah Afful, also called Kwame Nkrumah II, has been convicted and sentenced to seven months in prison with hard labor for inciting violence against public and government officials. The conviction comes after his arrest on September 13, 2025.

Afful was brought before Circuit Court 8 in Accra on charges of “Threat of Death” and “Offensive Conduct Conducive to the Breach of the Peace.” He pleaded not guilty to the first charge but admitted guilt to the second.
