Accra, Ghana – Member of Parliament for Madina constituency, Francis Xavier Sosu, has filed his nomination to retain his seat in the upcoming December 7 general election. With confidence, Sosu urged his constituents to vote for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in both the parliamentary and presidential races.

Addressing supporters after filing his nomination, Sosu expressed concerns about the Electoral Commission’s reluctance to conduct a forensic audit of the voter roll, citing potential discrepancies and fraud. He emphasized the need for a clean and transparent electoral process.

Justice Tengey, NDC’s Communication Officer in Madina, echoed Sosu’s concerns, highlighting the economic and social hardships faced by Ghanaians. Tengey appealed to party supporters to remain united and mobilized to achieve a decisive victory in the upcoming elections.

With nomination filing complete, Sosu’s campaign is in full gear, focusing on the need for a fair and trustworthy election. Constituents are urged to reject the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate and increase the vote margin for the NDC.
