This week, former first lady , Lordina Dramani Mahama , supported the market Women Association in the Greater Accra Region in holding their 63rd annual thanksgiving programme.
Ably represented by former National Democratic Congress running mate Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, Mrs Mahama donated assorted drinks, water, canned fish, and GH¢25,000 to the women. The former first lady, who is the founder of the Lordina Foundation, also sponsored a health talk for the women.
Professor Opoku-Agyemang encouraged the women to prioritise unity and togetherness.
