The Chiefs and people of the Nchumuru and Nawuri Traditional Areas in the Kpandai District hailed Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, NPP flag bearer, for his vision and proposed policies. They praised his contribution to transformational initiatives like Free SHS, Agenda 111, and One District One Factory, citing them as evidence of his leadership.
The Paramount Chiefs, Nana Bayimgne II and Nana Abuga-Aba I, addressed Dr. Bawumia on behalf of the ethnic groups in Kpandai District, expressing their pride in his role as Vice President. They acknowledged the significant development brought to the district through his government’s policies, emphasizing equity as a hallmark of his administration.
The Chiefs commended Dr. Bawumia’s humility and encouraged him to continue his admirable work. They assured him of their support, stating, “We will in due course demonstrate that Breaking the 8 is possible.” This pledge of support and appreciation from the Kpandai Chiefs and people marks a significant milestone in Dr. Bawumia’s constituency-focused nationwide campaign.
