Isaac R. Atile and Celestine Amuzu tie the knot recently in a colorful engagement ceremony at 55 Phelps Avenue, Romeoville, Illinois. The ceremony was heavily attended by members of the Southern Volta Association in Chicago, led by Paul Sogbe.
