Hearts of Oak will next week fly Mamane Lawali and Daniel Kodie to South Africa to have surgeries to fix their respective injuries.
The Ghanaian midfielder has been out injured for over a year and currently in a very bad state.
While it is said that he could not play again without the needed surgery, it is understood that the cry of fans has finally be heard by the management of the club.
Together with Niger midfielder Mamane Lawali who also sustained an injury in the first round of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season, Daniel Kodie is set to be taken abroad to undergo surgery.
The two players according to information gathered from Fox FM are scheduled for an appointment with an expert on May 13 for assessment before undergoing the injury.
In the trip set to happen next week, Hearts of Oak board member Alhaji Braimah Akambi will accompany the two players.
