Mental Health Services
Emotional reactions to this health crisis are expected, especially for those on the frontlines. Free resources for Health Care Workers and First Responders are available. Resources include peer support groups through partnership with NAMI, individual and group therapist services provided by CDPH and a variety of apps available at no cost to help with anxiety, sleep and physical fitness.Visit Page
