Following a survey conducted by Sankofaonline.com about the recent Ghanafest, we received numerous calls and text messages from community members suggesting ways to enhance the festival. We are delighted to share some of the valuable recommendations that were raised.

Cultural Troupe Investment: While headlining artists are essential, allocate resources to showcase traditional cultural troupes. Their vibrant performances can transport us back to Ghana’s villages and towns.

Community Awards: Honor outstanding individuals who contribute significantly to the Ghanaian community. Consider categories like “Community Champion” or “Cultural Ambassador.”
Special Guests: Invite influential community figures, former council leaders, and associations to inspire attendees and share their experiences.
3. Engaging Elements
Raffle Excitement: Bring back raffle presentations! The thrill of winning prizes adds extra excitement to the festival.
Gospel Hour: During this segment, invest in top gospel artists. Their soul-stirring performances can uplift spirits and create a spiritual connection.
4. Association Flags
Visual Identity: Provide flags for community associations. Guests can easily identify each group, fostering connections and conversations.
