Accra, Ghana – Ghana’s Foreign Minister, Hon. Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, held a bilateral meeting with Japan’s Foreign Minister, Minister Kamikawa Yoko, in a courtesy call.
Minister Kamikawa reaffirmed Japan’s commitment to supporting Ghana in addressing regional and global challenges, particularly in stabilizing the Sahel region and the coastal countries of the Gulf of Guinea.
The two ministers agreed to enhance bilateral economic relations and cooperation on regional and international issues, further solidifying the partnership between Ghana and Japan.
The meeting highlighted the shared interests and values between the two nations, paving the way for increased collaboration and mutual support in addressing global challenges.
