Accra, Ghana – The family of the late Major Maxwell Adam Mahama held a wreath-laying ceremony at the Osu Cemetery to commemorate the 8th anniversary of his death. The family gathered to remember their beloved son and celebrate his selfless service to the Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) and the nation.
The officiant, Rev Kwame Felix Forfoe, described Major Mahama’s legacy of dedication and sacrifice as deeply cherished, adding that he would not be forgotten. Captain (Rtd) Denis Mahama Adams, father of the late Major Mahama, expressed appreciation to GAF and the people of Ghana for their support over the years and emphasized the family’s commitment to keeping his legacy alive.
Captain Adams also condemned the act of mob justice, describing it as unacceptable, and urged Ghanaians to uphold the rule of law. The family remains committed to ensuring that Major Mahama’s legacy continues to inspire the nation.
