After postponing last year’s Christmas and New year party due to the worldwide shutdown by the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, members of the Ewe Association of Metropolitan Chicago defied all odds and rounded off 2021 with a Christmas and Fundraising Party on December 18, 2021. The event was held at the flamboyant Crystal Grand Banquets,12416 S. Archer Avenue, Lemont Illinois,60439. Members of the Association supported by other organizations in the community were treated to an evening of joy and happiness as there was an abundance of food, drinks, and music. Some of the attendees won beautiful prizes during a raffle draw at the function. The emcees were Chicago’s own, Steve Dei, and the Empress herself, Mawusi Kudjawu.
