The Nduom School of Business and Technology recently celebrated a significant milestone by graduating its first batch of students. During the inaugural graduation ceremony, the founder and Chairman of the Governing Board, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, honored his commitment to the first students by awarding each of the initial eight students $1,000. This generous gesture was intended as seed money to start small businesses, a plan initially disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic but fulfilled upon graduation.
The ceremony also marked the third matriculation event at the Ayensudo campus, admitting 90 new students. The graduating class consisted of 25 students, including eight females and 17 males, with a commendable academic performance distribution: two first-class honors, 12 second-class upper, nine second-class lower, and two third-class honors.
Dr. Nduom urged the graduates to invest the money wisely and reassured them of the institute’s commitment to ensuring their successful employment.
He emphasized the importance of determination, optimism, and keeping the friendships gained during their time at the school.
