Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, a Ghanaian business consultant, and founder of GN Bank has made a passionate appeal to the Governor of the Bank of Ghana (BoG), Dr. Addison, to reexamine the circumstances surrounding the revocation of GN Bank’s license.
Dr Nduom who is also a politician, and founding member of Ghana’s Progressive People’s Party, in a Facebook post, shared new facts and evidence that he believes warrant a reconsideration of the BoG’s decision. He urged Dr. Addison to acknowledge the truth and reinstate GN Bank’s license, using the hashtag #BringBackGnBank.

Dr. Nduom’s plea comes after a prolonged battle between GN Bank and the BoG, which resulted in the revocation of the bank’s license. The businessman has consistently maintained that the decision was unfair and based on flawed grounds.
By tagging Dr. Addison in his post, Dr. Nduom hopes to bring attention to the matter and persuade the BoG Governor to review the case and restore GN Bank’s license, allowing the bank to resume operations and serve its customers once again.
