Mrs Samira Bawumia, wife of Ghana’s former Vice President, was the Special Guest of Honour at the 10th Anniversary, Graduation, and Resource Mobilization event of the Kufuor Scholars Program. The event was held at the University for Professional Studies in Accra under the theme “Redefining Africa’s Future Through the Finest Advice to the Sharpest Minds”.
The Kufuor Scholars Program is a mentorship initiative of the John A. Kufuor Foundation that aims to inspire patriotism, creativity, excellence, and strong leadership skills in tertiary students. The program has been instrumental in shaping the minds of Ghana’s future leaders.
Mrs Bawumia congratulated the graduates and scholars, wishing them well in their future endeavors. Her presence at the event underscored the importance of mentorship and leadership development in Ghana’s growth and development.
