The Ghana National Council (GNC) and its Affiliates regret to announce the cancellation of this year’s GhanaFest. This difficult decision was made in response to recent unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control, which have also impacted the budgeting and pricing for this year’s event.
The GNC is committed to ensuring that all attendees, vendors, and volunteers can enjoy GhanaFest in a worry-free and cost-effective manner, while showcasing the rich tapestry of authentic Ghanaian culture in the Midwest.
We sincerely appreciate the unwavering love and support the community has shown for GhanaFest over the years. This festival has always served as a cherished celebration of our heritage and unity, and we eagerly anticipate the day when we can gather once more to honor our traditions together.

Forward looking and visionary leaders anticipate problems ahead . What is going on ?
They are tired , that is all . Come and do it .
Please give us the reason why it’s not going to be cost effective
If you are tired resign . You knew what u sign up for . Think outside the box when situations call for it . You guys have the same reasons for not celebrating Ghanas independence, but we had funerals almost every weekend.
