Prez Mahama Appoints Jones Borteye as Acting CEO of GIHOC

President John Mahama has appointed Jones Borteye Applerh as the acting Chief Executive Officer of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, effective Tuesday, January 21, 2025. This appointment falls in line with Article 195(1) of the Constitution of Ghana.

As acting CEO, Jones Borteye Applerh will be responsible for overseeing the operations of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited. President Mahama has expressed his congratulations to Applerh, wishing him success in his new role.

This appointment comes on the heels of other key appointments made by President Mahama, demonstrating his commitment to effective governance and leadership. The President has been making strategic appointments to various positions, including the Ghana Cocoa Board and the Ghana Revenue Authority.
