A viral video claiming to show electoral disturbances at Nsawam Adoagyiri following the collation exercise in Accra has been debunked by the Ghana Police Service. The video allegedly depicted individuals blocking and setting fires on public roads, but the Police have stated that the claim is entirely false and unrelated to the collation exercise.

According to the Police, the incident in question actually occurred on December 8, 2024, and is currently under investigation. The public has been urged to disregard the false claim and remain calm, as adequate security personnel have been deployed to maintain law and order in and around Nsawam Adoagyiri. The Police reassured the public of their commitment to service integrity.
