The Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) has partnered with the Government of Germany to launch the Women Leadership Development Course. This two-week program is designed to equip women leaders from across Africa with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in military, police, and law enforcement agencies.
Thirty exceptional participants, comprising 27 women and 3 men from Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia, Libya, and Sierra Leone, have been selected for this year’s course. The program is fully funded by the Government of Germany through the German Embassy in Accra, demonstrating their commitment to advancing women’s leadership in Africa.
