Former Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama has paid tribute to the late Herman Chinery-Hesse, a renowned IT entrepreneur and pioneer in Ghana’s technology industry.
In a heartfelt statement, on his social media platforms, Mr Mahama described Chinery-Hesse’s passing as “a great blow to Ghana and our IT fraternity.” He also expressed his personal loss, saying, “I’ve lost a friend.”
Mahama called on Ghanaians to draw inspiration from Chinery-Hesse’s legacy, urging the nation to produce “a million more Hermans” to continue his innovative work.
