Accra, Ghana – Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia has criticized former President John Mahama for his recent verbal attacks on traditional leaders, clergy, and civil society organizations.

At a campaign event in Amasaman, Dr. Bawumia expressed shock at Mahama’s description of these groups as “hypocrites” for supporting the NPP.

Bawumia attributed Mahama’s outbursts to frustration over his impending electoral defeat.
The Vice President emphasized the need for decency in political discourse, stressing that elections should focus on ideas, not insults.
