The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially kicked off its campaign in preparation for the upcoming December elections. The event, held on Saturday, July 27, at the Tamale Jubilee Park, saw the congregation of the party’s key leaders and stalwarts, who addressed supporters and laid out the party’s vision for Ghana.
John Mahama, the NDC’s flagbearer, delivered the final address of the day, formally launching the campaign.
“On this occasion as the flagbearer of the NDC, I declare the NDC campaign duly and officially launched,” Mahamaannounced, encouraging supporters to engage in door-to-door campaigning across various communities.
The NDC also revealed plans to unveil its manifesto by the end of August in the Central Region.
