Former President John Dramani Mahama, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), arrived at Asomdwee Park in Accra for the ongoing 12th-anniversary wreath-laying ceremony and memorial service in honor of the late President John Evans Atta Mills.
The event provides an opportunity for Ghanaians from all walks of life to pay their last respects and remember the legacy and contributions made by Prof. Atta Mills to the country.
Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the NDC’s Vice-Presidential candidate, and Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the Chairman of the NDC, are among the high-profile guests who have also arrived to grace the occasion.
