Nana Kwame Bediako, the leader of the New Force party, and his wife visited the Ga Mantse, Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, at his palace in Kaneshie, accompanied by his wife and entourage. Bediako, also known as Cheddar, is running for president in the 2024 Ghanaian elections ¹
The visit was seen as an opportunity for both Cheddar and the Ga Mantse to converse on pressing national issues and stress the importance of peace and unity in the lead-up to the elections ¹. Bediako presented gifts to the Ga Mantse, including two white sheep, beverages, kente clothes, and an undisclosed amount of money.
