A Beautiful Soul Laid To Rest.

Frederick, Maryland, USA, January 28, 2023: The sudden death of Philip Eiwulley-Armah, 57, led to a massive outpour of grief and condolence in the Ghanaian community here in Frederick, Maryland. Philip was a great father and husband, also known for his humanitarian work, and was a strong advocate for individuals experiencing homelessness in his community. Attendees were clad in black. The community, especially the Half Assini Association, which he was a member of, rallied in great numbers to support the Eiwulley-Armah family. Others from out of state, the United Kingdom, and Ghana flocked to the event center, the Montgomery County Corps hall, 20021 Aircraft Drive, Germantown, Maryland.

From humble beginnings in the US doing menial jobs, Philip worked his way up and obtained BSN in Nursing. He worked across many nursing sectors within hospitals and long-term-care facilities. He eventually became a healthcare surveyor in the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services. There, he would oversee the accreditation of healthcare facilities in the county.

Some of the highlights of the celebration were when members of Comprehensive Group 26 ( C26), classmates of Mrs. Margaret Armah at Korle-Bu Nurses Training College, and the Half Assini Association in Frederick, Maryland, took to the floor to dance. It was solemn and spectacular .

Philip left to cherish his beautiful, loving memory, a devoted wife of 26 years, Mrs. Margaret Armah, his two children, Nicholas Agyevi-Armah and Alexis Eiwulley-Armah, alongside a host of siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends alike. May his beautiful soul Rest In Peaceā€¦.. more videos later .
