“At my age, I have come to understand that life is not measured by how much wealth you accumulate, how many people salute you, or how powerful your position becomes.
I have worn the uniform, taken risks, built businesses, tasted success, and experienced the painful lessons that come when life does not go as planned.
Life taught me that success can attract people, but character earns their respect. Money can open doors, but integrity keeps your name standing when the doors close. And failure, painful as it may be, can teach you lessons that success sometimes hides.
Today, I understand that my greatest responsibility is not simply to tell the world what I have achieved, but to share what I have learned.
To the young man starting with nothing: be disciplined.
To the aspiring entrepreneur: be courageous, but never sacrifice your integrity.
To the leader: remember that your position is a responsibility, not a privilege.
And to everyone who has tasted success: never become so busy building an empire that you forget to build people.
One day, the title will fade, the office will belong to another person, and the applause will stop. What will remain is the difference you made in the lives of others.
If my years have taught me anything, it is this: the greatest legacy is not what you leave behind, but what you leave alive in others.
I have lived long enough to know that life is not just about becoming somebody. It is about helping the next generation become better than we were.
