Forward Mohammed Kudus calls for support from Ghanaians ahead of South Africa match

Exciting young forward, Mohammed Kudus is calling for the support and prayers of Ghanaians as the Black Stars gear up to face the Bafana Bafana of South Africa on Thursday, March 25, 2021.

The two nations will go head to head tomorrow in a crucial encounter in Group C of the qualifiers to next year’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

Speaking to the media team of the Ghana FA in a pre-match interview, Mohammed Kudus has emphasized that the Black Stars are ready for the battle ahead.

Although he does not expect fans at the Stadium, the Ajax star has urged supporters back home to remember the team in prayer.

“Me and my teammates we have been preparing and I can see everyone is pretty much ready for the game. What I can tell them [Ghanaians] is they should back us with prayers and support and we will do our best tomorrow to seal the qualification to the AFCON,” Mohammed Kudus shared.

With the Ghana team training at the FNB Stadium on Wednesday evening, all is set for the tough meeting against South Africa on Thursday.
