The Council of Ewe Associations of North America ,(CEANA) ,continues to deepen its imprint across Eʋenyigba, advancing a development agenda that is as steady as it is transformative. From the coastal heartbeat of Anloga to the rolling landscapes of Agortime Akpokope, the CEANA development bus shows no sign of slowing.
Today at 10:00 a.m. GMT / 6:00 a.m. EST, CEANA will officially hand over a newly completed medical laboratory to the people of Agortime Akpokope, another milestone in the organization’s long‑term commitment to strengthening healthcare systems and expanding opportunity across Eweland.
The new facility is expected to enhance diagnostic services, reduce delays in medical testing, and improve overall health outcomes for residents who have long relied on distant centers for basic laboratory services. For many families, this project represents not just infrastructure, but dignity, access, and hope.
CEANA leadership describes the initiative as part of a broader, deliberate strategy: elevating community by building capacity. Each project, whether in education, health, or social welfare, adds another brick to the foundation of a more resilient Ewe future.
The organization also extended heartfelt appreciation to its donors and supporters worldwide.
“Akpe,” CEANA noted. “Your generosity is shaping futures and rewriting the development story of our communities.”
Yet the journey is far from over. CEANA is inviting new partners, philanthropists, and community‑minded organizations to join the mission. Many more communities await similar interventions, and CEANA believes that with collective effort, every one of them can be reached.
The commissioning ceremony will be streamed live on CEANA Central YouTube, offering the global Ewe diaspora a front‑row seat to another chapter in this unfolding development narrative:

As CEANA’s development bus rolls into Agortime Akpokope, one message rings clear:
The work continues. The vision endures. And together, we move.
