Seoul, South Korea : In a moment of international recognition and academic prestige, Yonsei University, one of Asia’s most respected institutions of higher learning, has conferred an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Administration on President John Dramani Mahama.
The distinguished honour celebrates President Mahama’s enduring contributions to Ghana’s national transformation, his leadership in economic development, and his exemplary record in public service and democratic governance.
