ACCRA — Clerk to Parliament, Ebenezer Ahumah Djietror, has presented the 2025 Democracy Cup trophy to several key institutions and a traditional ruler ahead of the much-anticipated match scheduled for September 5.
The presentation included visits to the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), chaired by Kathleen Addy, and the Electoral Commission of Ghana. Mr. Djietror also presented the trophy to His Royal Majesty Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Ga Mantse, at his palace.
In preparations for the second edition of the cup, Verna Water, the official beverage sponsor, has provided products to Accra Great Olympics at their training grounds. The Democracy Cup is a highly-anticipated event that seeks to promote good governance and democratic values through sports.
