NDCUSA Looses A Great Compatriot-Maame Ringo.

On Wednesday December 12, 2018 the NDC fraternity here in the US losses one of its own.
A mighty tree have fallen, which sent shockwaves all over the US and beyond.
Maame Ringo is dead.

Maame Ringo as she’s popularly known through out the New York area, she is also known as Hajie NDC to many.
Maame Ringo is a true reflection of an avid patriotic NDC citizen, not just a mere supporter but, one that you can call a citizen of the National Democratic Congress, if there is such a thing.

She is the organizer in chief of all NDC function and activities in the New York area.

She works for an African Resturant in New York, but do not hastiest to take leave of her job without pay to attend to the calls for support either an NDC function or activities.
I recall one of such instances when she took off work for 4 months in 2016, and went to Accra with me to help campaigned for the NDC.
She helped print thousands of T Shirts that we distributed in the Greater Accra area during the campaign.

Although Walla Zulya is her name, but everyone in the New York area knew her as Maame Ringo, both old and young.

She’s very kind hearted person, organizes events for just anyone who needs help or whoever she could be of help to.
She is an epitome of what a true die hard party functionary is.
Her death leaves a great void that cannot be filled.
I have lost a great friend and a sister, one so dear to me and the entire women’s wing of our party.

May her Soul Rest In Peace.

Signed,

Janet Wilson.
Women’s Organizer-NDCUSA.
