President Mahama Cautions Ghanaians To Eschew Self-Doubt

President Mahama at the Light House Chapel’s Easter Program dubbed “Good Friday Miracle Service” at the Black Star Square.

President John Dramani Mahama has admonished Ghanaians to eschew self-doubt in their lives and rely on their abilities to move forward.

According to him, one of the major hindrances to development and success in one’s life and that of a nation is self-doubt.

Likening the life of Ghana to that of the journey the Israelites embarked on from Egypt to the Promised Land, President Mahama said despite the miracles God showed to his people, there were instances when they doubted the powers of God.

President Mahama was speaking at the Light House Chapel’s Easter Programme dubbed “Good Friday Miracle Service” at the Black Star Square.

The President said there is the need for Ghanaians to trust in themselves in order to succeed in life.

President Mahama also said every decision that government takes is in the interest of the country. Ghanaians must therefore, support the government at all times.

The General Overseer of Lighthouse Chapel International, Bishop Dag Heward Mills assured the President of the continuous support of the church for the government no matter which political party is in power.
